This session will provide attendees tools to support school districts in implementing a high-qualityh Individual Plan of Study (IPS process K-12. Topics will includes Students' Right to Know Act (Kansas Degree Stats, KTIP Report, potential earning of the US Military, KDOL Labor Market Information and other information relevant to the students' understanding of potential earning), new KSDE Resources (Elementary School Career Awareness Resource, Middle School Career Exploration Resource); resources created with the Regional Educational Laboratory (REL), Scope and Sequence Template, and the IPS Digital Reference Guide.

This networking/discussion-based presentation shares Kansas State University-College of Education's efforts in creating a sustainable induction lab model that provides ongoing professional learning for their teacher candidates, spanning preservice teachers’ clinical experiences through their first two years of teaching in partnering districts. We propose a conceptual framework that outlines the key components of the induction lab model, and is designed to support the co-construction process with school districts and key stakeholders.
