Cookies and Conversations on Thursday are designed to give attendees the opportunity to network with others who have similar job responsibilities. You may choose any of the sessions to attend, so if you are more interested in learning from a different group, you are welcome.

The overall health of a school’s culture and climate is foundational to its ability to ensure that students and staffulty feel secure, appreciated, and acknowledged. This interactive session will allow participants to conduct a “culture and climate” audit of their respective organizations and identify areas of strength along with opportunities for improvement by unlocking their “Cultural DNA”.
